Currently, I am pursuing my master's degree in PR, Media Events, Marketing, and Communication Management in Germany.
Previous Experiences:
I have served as a Communication and marketing Development Manager (Part-time) at GETS (German Engineering Technology Services) GmbH in Stuttgart, and I am a proud member of the AHK German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Egypt.


Achievements:


My accomplishments include proficiently managing accounts across the Middle East, overseeing operations and marketing concerns, handling customer and vendor relationships, and upholding owner standards. Additionally, I successfully orchestrated marketing plans for Italy's UNI Marconi University targeting international students. I took charge of promoting German engineering firms in Egypt and the wider Middle Eastern region.


Key Responsibilities:


Within these roles, I spearheaded the development and enhancement of projects and training operations. As the GETS representative in the AHK (German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce), I actively engaged in community management. I diligently monitored and reported on Egyptian-German projects, offering recommendations to refine project phase procedures. Regularly, I provided comprehensive reports on business developments and training programs in Egypt. My responsibilities extended to maintaining accounts receivable records and effectively communicating with customers of various nationalities, including Germans, through phone and email correspondence. A pivotal part of my role was acting as a primary liaison between Germany, Italy, Libya, Dubai, Switzerland, Austria, and Egypt. This involved establishing partnerships in innovative new projects and fostering connections among these diverse regions.

I perceive myself as an inherently creative individual, driven by an insatiable passion for crafting and innovating. My heart resonates with the act of creation, and my spirit thrives on bringing fresh perspectives into reality. Beyond personal gratification, I find immense joy in actively contributing to the advancement of the community—a symbiotic journey where community development becomes a vehicle for my own growth and evolution. Moreover, my fervour for enhancing the customer experience and journey adds another layer of purpose to my endeavours, as I believe in the transformative power of elevating these facets in tandem with my creative pursuits.

My Journey: From Graduation to Present

2023 - Present

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Germany, specializing in international Media, Event Management, PR and Marketing with a focus on audience development.

  • Part-time role as Communication & Marketing Development Manager at GETS (German Engineering Technology Services) GmbH, Stuttgart. Also, a proud member of AHK German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Egypt.

  • Engaged as Customer Experience Quality Manager Eng. at Hydepark Developments, Egypt.

  • Served as Communication Tenant Delivery and Experience Manager Engineer (Quality/Fit-out) at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Egypt.

  • Member of Nord-TUV, contributing as an auditor for the Mystery Shopper program.

  • Holding the positions of Creative Director and production Designer at Trend VFX Agency, Egypt.

  • Juggling roles as a part-time German & and English Tutor, both online and offline, at ORCAS Tutoring, Egypt.

  • Overseeing the role of Marketing Director for various media accounts including 57357, Evapharma, Bembo, Jeep, GETS, and REEFA.

  • Distinguished career as a Director and Producer in multimedia, TV, and cinema.

  • Proudly serving as Sir Consul Otto Hauser, the German Ambassador Assistant, and a GETS member.

Early Beginnings:

2006 – 2007

  • Undertook a summer training at the Faculty of Applied Arts for 1 month to apply acquired knowledge.

2006 - 2010

  • Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts with a focus on Advertising Communications and Media Marketing.

2008 - 2009

  • Completed summer training at a printing press for 1 month.

2011-2012

  • Worked as an ITI student, Instructional Designer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Editor, and Creative Designer.

  • Engaged at Egypt's Dream Language School as a Designer and Graphic Instructor.

  • Headed the Designing Office and contributed as a Creative Designer at Thebes Group.

  • Held roles at Nile Multimedia as a Web Designer and Animator.

  • Served as a Creative, Graphics, and Web Designer at FEKKRA IT Solutions.

  • Contributed to Filmmaker Production House as a Production Designer, Art Creative Assistant, and Food Stylist.

  • Acted as an Advertising Producer at Filmmaker Production House.

2014 - 2016

  • Managed creativity at Al Moaaser Group as a Creative Manager.

  • Showcased production design skills in TV dramas and action shows, such as "AL Mezan TV Show," "Baad El Bedaya," "Man El Gany," "Sabaa Arwah," and "Shehadet Medal," as well as TV shows like "EXIT."

2017 - 2023

  • Undertook several freelance projects.

  • Contributed as a Creative and Marketing Manager at Tarek Nour DDBO.

  • Collaborated on creative projects for 57357 and served as Creative AT 57357.

  • Played the role of Creative and Social Media Specialist at EVAPHARMA Pharmaceutical Company.
