Achievements: My accomplishments include proficiently managing accounts across the Middle East, overseeing operations and marketing concerns, handling customer and vendor relationships, and upholding owner standards. Additionally, I successfully orchestrated marketing plans for Italy's UNI Marconi University targeting international students. I took charge of promoting German engineering firms in Egypt and the wider Middle Eastern region. Key Responsibilities: Within these roles, I spearheaded the development and enhancement of projects and training operations. As the GETS representative in the AHK (German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce), I actively engaged in community management. I diligently monitored and reported on Egyptian-German projects, offering recommendations to refine project phase procedures. Regularly, I provided comprehensive reports on business developments and training programs in Egypt. My responsibilities extended to maintaining accounts receivable records and effectively communicating with customers of various nationalities, including Germans, through phone and email correspondence. A pivotal part of my role was acting as a primary liaison between Germany, Italy, Libya, Dubai, Switzerland, Austria, and Egypt. This involved establishing partnerships in innovative new projects and fostering connections among these diverse regions.
